  • We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring, summer, and holidays). However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.

  • We understand weather can be unpredictable. If your event must be canceled due to weather, we offer credit toward a future event. Sidewalls and heaters are also available for rental to help keep guests comfortable.

  • cleaning and restocking fee applies to all rentals. We also offer an optional damage waiver to protect against minor accidents. Customers are responsible for significant damages, loss, or neglect.

  • Yes! Delivery, setup, and takedown are included for all 20x20 tents and larger. For smaller setups, these services can be added for an additional fee. Delivery is free within 10 miles, with a $2 per mile charge beyond that.

  • Please make sure the setup area is clear of furniture, debris, and low-hanging branches. Mark tent corners if possible, and notify us if your venue is an Airbnb, public park, or event space so we can prepare properly.
